  Heavy 7/16" u-bolt secures tire on tongue or frame up to 3" wide. Holds 4 or 5 lug wheels. Will fit 8" thru 14" and most 15" wheels. Adjustable threaded brackets will hold padlock for security. Thread length 3". Zinc plated.
