"my husband and i looked everywhere to find 2 good quality snowmobile suits when we turned up nothing. A friend of ours directed us to J & B, so we made the 2 hour drive down. The staff was great. I went over to the suits where we met Melanie she spent over an hour with us and suited the both of us up head to toe. She knew all of her products very well. "Just a short note to express my immense pleasure with your dealership.
Back in late June of this year I had work performed on my outboard at your establishment and was very pleased with the courteous, professional service.
When preparing my outboard for winter storage last month, I noticed an oil leak wish was supposed to have been remedied upon my last visit.Although it had been several months the unit only had about 5 hours of use. I was worried that an additional charge would have been levied. I was impressed when Rick Lacroix immediately brought my outboard in, checked it over and assured me that all was okay.
All this was done promptly, professionally courteously and at no charge. I was pleasantly impressed and surprised as I had expected to have been charged a second time .
This type of service and customer treatment is becoming harder to find in today markets.
Your commitment to customer satisfaction has not gone unnoticed as I will continue to patronize your establishment for all my power equipment servicing needs.
